
This class is designed for leaders, managers and supervisors and emphasizes two essential outcomes: (1) ensuring your staff is consistently performing to standard or above; and, (2) ensuring a strong, vibrant workplace. Participants learn and practice how to set clear performance expectations and how to diagnose a staff member's development level. In addition, they learn flex coaching and counseling skills. This class also includes specific Influencing Skills for managers, supervisors and leaders. Participants enjoy this class because it provides concrete, practical, immediately useable skills for managing and leading.
